THAWING AND COOKING METHODS
DE-FREEZING: Thaw and rise at room temperature for at least about 18/20h. PREPARATION IN THE OVEN: Roll out and bake in the oven at 400°C for about 2 minutes.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Store in the freezer at a temperature of -18 °C. Product can be consumed within 12 months if stored correctly in unopened package at a temperature of -18 °C. Once thawed, the product must not be refrozen and must be consumed within 24 hours after thawing.
